I am writing this behalf of my mother who is 87 and who had a number of transient ischemic attacks about four years ago. She functions very well now but needs a regular routine or problems occur. She has had a first class service from Dr Shroff and the Keyworth medical practise in respect of the surgery to remove a rodent ulcer. The surgery and the follow up support work were excellent. Of considerable importance to us was the fact that the surgery was performed at our local health centre. The disturbance to my mother’s routine was slight and as a consequence we did not suffer the confusion of mind which comes with major disturbances. The only slight negative was that from diagnosis to action was a bit of a wait but this probably means that more resources are required.
