About: Lincoln County Hospital

I needed to know where the blood tests were done The web site was ok because just by chance I knew bloods were done by the heamotology dept. so was able to find it but the way to get into the clinic was not shown. I phoned and asked how, I was told to go thro the Out Patients entrance. The Out patients department is not listed on the web site. A further phone call revealed its location. Surely you could list "Blood Test Clinic" and show the out patients department on the map.

Hi Elaine

So sorry you were unable to get the information you needed to visit the blood clinic at Lincoln.

We do know that there are some issues with our current site. We are in the process of designing a brand new trust website which should be launched in early April. The aim will be to provide a more user friendly informative site. I have passed your comments to the design project team and we will ensure we use your comments when the information section regarding outpatients at Lincoln is designed.

Once the new website is live, I will post a response back to you so you can have a look.
