"Making someone feel special costs nothing"

About: Tameside General Hospital / X-ray and Scans

(as a relative),

My granddaughter in law has just rang me after having her second scan, my grandson missed the first scan so him being there this time was a really exciting moment for him, except it wasn't as the lady who performed the scan huffed puffed and tutted all the way through as baby was moving around, not only this but she also rushed through the explanation of baby's anatomy, I was present at the first scan and the lady was lovely explained everything and we came out feeling very happy, unfortunately this wasn't the case today, I understand that time is a big factor in a busy hospital such as this, but being polite and making someone feel special costs nothing, hopefully the next scan will be performed by someone who cares!
