My father was admitted to the New Emergency Assessment unit at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday 17 February 2015 and treated in ward/room A6. The attention he received wasboth caring and efficient, while in the unit he was told everything that would be carried out to help and make him comfortable. They provided something for him to eat and drink as we had missed the lunchtime call. After reading other reviews I was really concerned I thought my Father would suffer and become anxious and at 90 years old I did want the best for him so I was pleased to find the kindness and support that the Assessment Unit gave him. Thank you so much.
