"Booking colposcoopy"

No response from department - called to book colposcopy 11 times, within the two week period from receiving the letter to ask me to call immediately and confirm. Also left two voicemails asking to be called back, but to no avail. The letter stated that if I didn't not arrange the appointment within two weeks I would be referred back to the care of my GP, which I find hugely frustrating given that I have made several attempts to book and that it is more than in my best interest to get this appointment booked.
