About: East Surrey Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

On finding a breast lump I was referred to East Surrey Hospital by my GP.

There were many appointments and processes before my operation in February this year (2015). At every point I was treated with kindness and clarity. Everything was explained at each stage.

The operation was carried out and the aftercare in Brockham ward was gentle and thorough.

Smiles and greetings from all staff, cleaners and tea ladies included.
