Having several appointments in different clinics over the last twelve months I have always been looked after very well by Doctors and Nurses in all the clinics I visited. The only thing I am not happy about is receiving letters for my appointments. I keep a check and if I haven't received one I make enquiries. I am usually told when the appointment will be and have to ask for another copy of the letter. One of my appointments was changed three times. Not a problem but the third letter was for the same date as the second but 15 minutes earlier. Seems a waste of postage, I always arrive in time, but then I wasn't called in to see the consultant until over an hour later than my appointed time.

I’m pleased to hear that you have always been looked after well and you’re happy with the treatment you’ve received from our Doctors and Nurses. I can understand your frustration at having appointments rearranged and I am very sorry to hear this. We have a huge number of patient appointments every day and at times appointments may be moved so we can continue to offer the highest level of care to our patients.
