"lack of patient care"

About: St George's Hospital (Tooting) (London)

I had hoped that bringing to the attention of the hospital that there was a lack of patient care when I called the Endoscopy department this would have been addressed .Astonishingly when I called again today I was told that there was not enough staff to be able to provide me with an appointment and consequently I had to leave the tel number for the second time in two weeks. It is a shamble and again I cannot pick from the drop down list as endoscopy is not there.

Thank you for your comments posted on this site and for contacting the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). Having spoken to you and the endoscopy department today, PALS has learnt from the department that an appointment is being made for you and the department staff will be in touch in the next couple of day. The department is sorry for the delay.
