"The staff go above and beyond"

I visited the Royal Bournemouth Hospital for a colonoscopy examination as a day patient.

All the staff were amazing - super friendly, very efficient, explained everything - and sandwiches and coffee afterwards as well. I can't give them enough praise.

I know you read some negative feedback, but truly, having lived in Canada where you pay for medication and wait times are very long, we have nothing to complain about here in the UK. The staff go above and beyond.

Remember, always treat people as you expect to be treated yourself, and be patient, the Endoscopy Department had so many people to see, that's a lot of insides to be explored, so it takes time!
