Visited urgent care on the advice of a 111 nurse and had an appointment I thought to see a doctor, however I was called through by a nurse and I hesitated for a moment till my daughter caught up only to hear the nurse say "come on hurry along I have plenty of other patients to see". Not the attitude I expect to receive from a so-called professional and, quite frankly, I wish I had responded that I wouldn't bother wasting her time. It was a complete waste of my time as her advice was to go and see my own GP which I had been unable to do in the week prior to my visit to the urgent care dept. Maybe she would have been more respectful if I had a life threatening problem. Not impressed.
"staff attitude"
