"Super Service"

About: Bishop Auckland Hospital

Arrived for appointment of 4pm to be called straight away. BP taken by a pleasant friendly nurse then asked to sit in second waiting area in Diabetic Clinic. Short waiting time of 40 minutes but it passed over quickly and then was called to see Consultant. Cheerful man who introduced himself and shook our hands (my hubby was with me) and then was very thorough in going through how I`d been since last time in Clinic some seven months ago. A brilliant chat about medications with the result of dropping one tablet. Good time with no apparent rushing us out and he again shook hands as we left. A very friendly appointment.
