"The counselling got me through the hard times"

About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as the patient),

Second time seeing the councillor at Eccles Gateway and each time she helped me get my head around things and after every session I felt better about myself. Seeing a councillor over depression and talking about how I feel was the best thing I ever did. If anyone suffers with any mental health issues defo go for counselling first instead of medication, it helps a lot and got me through the hard times.
