"The nurses on nothgate ward were rude to me"

I am currently in hospital at the moment at the Countess Of Chester Hospital and their is a quite sick gentleman who has been calling out for the last 3 hours only to be told by the nursing staff to be quiet as he is waking everybody else up. Well my message is if he is in pain then you should be helping him instead of telling him to shut up.

The Ward that I am on is a very modern ward which is Ward 48 (Northgate Ward) but in my opinion the nursing staff I have dealt with are arrogant, rude, and very uncaring. This is a place where you are meant to be able to get better but the nurses I have seen just don't seem to want to know.

I want to be moved wards but I'm worried about complaining as I feel that if I do my level of care if that's what you can call it would be compromised.It is a shame because I've had nothing but high praise for the hospital lately.
