Dear Mr Powers, good morning Many thanks for your kind words about the hospital and your care. I have shared these with the team who looked after you and will raise your concerns about staffing levels with my senior colleagues in those areas so we can be sure we have the right levels in place. Nurses in my experience do seem to have super human speed and can walk very fast (!) however please do be reassured that we have heard your feedback and will properly look into this.
