Can I just say the care I received from staff at Egerton ward was brilliant this includes domestic staff as well . My only niggle would be that the night staff were different every night shift due to being agencie staff and never introduced them selves.

Dear Tony Thank you for your posting on NHS choices about the 'brilliant' staff on Egerton ward (including Domestic staff) at the Conquest hospital. They will be very pleased to recieve your feedback as they are all committed to making every patient experience as good as it can be. It's interesting that you mention the agency night staff did not introduce themselves, as a Trust we are currently supporting a campaign called 'Hello, my name is'. This campaign was developed by Dr Kate Granger, a terminally ill hospital consultant from Yorkshire, who was frustrated with the number of staff who failed to introduce themselves to her when she was in hospital. Our aim is to go back to essentials and remind staff to introduce themselves to patients properly. We're sorry that you experienced this 'niggle' and will ensure your feedback is acted upon.
