Customer service was awful!!! I spent 7.5 hours in A&E. Turned up and it was fairly empty. Got sent to minors and waited an hour to then be told I needed to go to majors but majors was full so back to minors to then be taken to CDU where there was no space and was just left and forgotten about in the waiting room! All this time to then be told I have to go home and wait until the morning (now) between 7-8am to receive a phone call about what time to come back!! And j haven't received this phone call!!!! I had to prompt staff for updates and how many times do staff wanna congregage around a desk to chat??!!!! Absolutely awful customer service no one had any idea what to do with me! I'm disgusted!!!
