My father is 87, my mother is 85. They waited one and a half hours at the Sudbury health centre for a blood test. There were 2 phlebotomists on duty. My mother has a badly ulcerated leg. Before the blood testing service was taken away from their doctors surgery, they were in and out in ten minutes, but I suppose we can't stop progress can we. What is going on?
