Finished work early to attend my physiotherapy appointment, I was on time to find out the physiotherapy department closed earlier than usual. Spoke to someone from the main hospital who stated they closed early leaving me without an appointment. Unorganised & a very unsatisfied patient.

We are very sorry that you attended for your appointment to find that the physiotherapy department was closed. Whilst the department will be closed on occasions for staff training or meetings there would not be appointments booked for that time.
