"Extremely Rude Staff"

About: Chase Farm Hospital

I just called admissions and appointments to reschedule my husbands endoscopy appointment. One administration staff was shouting at me down the telephone insisting that I need my husbands hospital number, I know as a senior nurse in the NHS that a person can be searched by their surname and date of birth to bring up their records. The administration staff was obviously lazy and should not be working in healthcare as there was no manners or compassion! Admissions had just left me on hold while speaking to other patients, I could hear names of patients, dates of births and addresses while I was on hold that is a complete breach of confidentiality! Appointments had said that my husband had an appointment in March, when I eventually did speak to a very helpful person, I found out that the appointment in March was infact an appointment that my husband had in 2014! The staff are extremely rude!
