"Blood test"

I went with my daughter for her to have a blood test, the lady on the reception was VERY rude, it was just at the start of of the swine flu saga, the weather was very hot & the department was also very hot, the small office area where the reception staff sat had six fans & the waiting area had none it was very uncomfortable.

We waited 1hour 45 minutes, there were only two rooms open for blood test & one of those kept leaving the department.

I did fill in one of the forms to let the hospital know that I was very dissapointed with the department & handed it in in the main out patients reception, the lady did not know what to do with it, so i had to tell her that it says on the form to put it in internal post.

I have NEVER received a reply from the hospital
