About: Queen Elizabeth I I Hospital (Welwyn Garden City)

Visited the minor injury clinic today. I was very impressed. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Parking was easy but quite expensive. We were seen by triage and had an x-ray and then saw a doctor and were back home within 2 hours.

We're getting lots of feedback now saying just what a good service is being provided by our urgent care centre team is providing - so it was good to read that this was also your experience. And it will feel even better when it moves in to the New QEII Hospital that's in its final weeks of being built. Then the environment will match the quality of the service! We'll make sure that the team gets to read your feedback and in the meantime, we hope that you (if you were the patient) go on to make a full and speedy recovery.
