"Excellent care: urgent care centre and Nightingale..."

I received excellent care from everyone. The GP assessed me quickly, arranged for the duty surgeon to review me, and I was admitted to Nightingale ward that day. I waited in the comfort of the ward for my surgical slot to be available. Everyone introduced themselves to me by name, including every member of the surgical team. I felt safe and in good hands. I was operated on at 9.30 in the night by a surgical registrar. A fantastic service. Thank you to everyone (whose names I forget) and to the ward nurses who looked after me. Susanna
