i took my lady friend to barnsley a and e dept on sunday 1st feb 2015 as she was suffering severe pain in her right knee.we were quickly seen by a nurse who took all the relevent details and soon after seen by a doctor. this was followed by an xray then back with the results to the doctor.nothing serious was found in the xrays but as a precaution we were seen by two nurses from the physiotherapy dept who gave her some very useful advise. after all the slagging off in recent weeks of the nhs service, it was lovely to be treated with such skill and consideration. thank you barnsley a and e dept.
