My partner has been waiting 2 days now for the doctor to get to his parents ward and so has lost 2 days pay. And is still waiting

he was told to come in the morning but nothing else They wernt even going to tell him yesterday that he wasnt coming until he asked at 6pm Why do they think he is there?
