"Service is excellent but I have problems with the appointment system"

About: Dewsbury Health Centre / Podiatry

(as the patient),

I have been having treatment at the podiatry clinic for 3-4 years, the service is excellent but the appointment system is atrocious. I always have to wait far too long in between appointments and find my feet are quite painful.

On this occasion I was treated by James who was excellent, a good patient listener

Many thanks for posting on Patient Opinion. I was sorry to read you are having to wait long periods of time between appointments.

Our podiatry service do value your comments and are continually looking at ways to improve our systems. We hold a Patient Participation Group PPG where patients are most welcome to attend. This group is looks at how we can improve our systems both from a patients perspective and meeting the needs of the wider population. It would be great if you could join us.
