"Angiogram / angioplasty procedures"

Firstly the positive; excellent staff care and attention in PIU from the nurses, especially From two in particular, during my angioplasty op from all the nursing team and in after care post my angioplasty op, everyone a credit to the hospital. However, and not a reflection on the staff was the fact that for an important health matter, my angiogram was postponed once and my angioplasty twice, the second time, I was already gowned and ready on the PIU ward.....not acceptable. This situation, not exclusive to my case must be improved, but fear increasing pressures on the nhs and this hospital, may never rectify this? That said, the care, patience and support from the teams during my treatments was excellent and would recommend anyone to have these procedures at this hospital.
