A massive thank you. My mum went in for day surgery 26/01/2015. From the moment we went into the ward a certain member of staff really shined, this was a student nurse on the ward. She was absolutely fantastic! I'd just like to say how caring, friendly, kind and how special she made my mum feel whilst being there from the minute she got there until she left. Me my nan and mum cannot thank her enough she is going to be a fantastic nurse. Also a massive thank you to everyone else who was so helpful, caring, organised and gave the best quality service.
