I am so sorry that you found our food inedible and I am very cocnerned about your comments. I would really like an opportunity to discuss these with you further. With that in mind please would you contact me on lesley.crosby@pbh-tr.nhs.uk as I am keen to learn how we can improve things for future patients or to cater for your nutritional needs should you have to be readmitted to hospital.
