I was referred with particular procedure in mind. I was told that it was possible considering my military and nhs work history, where I acquired my disability. I then had three and a half years with no treatment and no communication originating from this hospital/department. Now, after more than four years they have called to tell me that I asked to be removed from their patient list. How come they had to tell me that? If I asked for it I would surely know. Just another example of arrogance, ignorance and a lack of professional ethics that shocks me even after working in the nhs and seeing a complete lack of concern for the common person on the street. I bet they are still going to work on private patiens and probably with equipment bought by the public accounts too.
"Excuses."
