From initial consultation to discharge, The Oaks provided me with the most positive experience I could wish for. My room was lovely, food was great as were the nursing staff. I'm thrilled with how I feel today just one week post op and I believe this is due to being well cared for in a safe and positive environment . Thank you to all the nursing staff, cleaners and catering staff who all play their valuable part in the overall customer experience.
