About: The Royal Victoria Infirmary

I had felt realy bad 1 week before I went to r.v.i. I was realy well looked after and left feeling great ok I now feel like I'm getting better but have been told to have a real check up more often maybe once a month or so I do think I am going to be put on a regular check up from the coronary unit at the great r.v.i in the toon I know my doctor does not realy have the time realy nurses are realy busy there looking after young and old alike I felt that the rvi staff nurses and doctors do have time and knowlage to help where its needed

Thank you for posting your comments about the care you received in the Cardiology Department at the Royal Victoria Infirmary. We are pleased to hear that you are feeling better and we have informed all of the staff working in Cardiology of your kind comments. You mention that you need to have monthly check ups but are unsure if you will be having these. We would be very happy to clarify this for you, and if you can contact the Cardiothoracic Directorate Manager, Liz Bailey, on 0191 213 7672 to provide further details, she would be happy to help.
