the main reception on every occasion told me the clinic was not taking place (it was - and confirmed by letter) - it was very difficult to leave a message and the room was cluttered and untidy with dust on the floors. i didnt feel my information was handled in a particularly confidential way and excepting the original assessor people were unaware of my conditions.
