"A&E"

About: Northern General Hospital

In December, just before Christmas, I had to bring my 93 year old father in with chronic breathing problems and just after Christmas I had to bring in my 89 year old Mother who fractured her wrist. Both times we were dealt with speed, efficiency and courteousness that was totally removed from any criticism that A&E departments have received. After listening to all the poor publicity on television and in the newspapers I couldn't believe I was in an A&E department. Excellent and all staff should be thanked and told they are appreciated Many thanks
