"LGI Delivery Suite Team are amazing!"

I travelled out of area for a 2nd time to give birth to my second child on 6th December 2014. (3am 6/12/14) I was induced, its not a nice process but the team during this and the subsequent delivery were absolutely incredible, they respected my wishes to be given pain relief. Giving birth is a terrifying experience but this team almost made it fun and the support they gave me during the later stages of delivery ensured I gave birth naturally which I know has led to a happy contented baby, unlike my 1st traumatic labour. The work this team do is incredible, keep up the totally wonderful work. To improve your service further the staff on the reception in the antenatal department downstairs need some customer service training. The post delivery suite could also be improved with option for paid private rooms. I am just delighted with our healthy baby. Thank you LGI!
