"Parking ticket £85"

My 89 year old father had an appointment on 12/12/2014 and parked in a disabled bay with his disabled permit displayed (the hospital lists disabled parking as part of its facilities). When he returned after 50 minutes he had a parking ticket for £85 with a warning that if payment is not made it will be passed to a debt recovery company, not the sort of thing a 89 year old with cancer needs. So be careful if visiting this place, what a way to treat your patients!
