"Lost requests for scans"

about a year ago i was in GEH with an absess and was sent home to wait for a referal and this did not come through so i went to my doctors and they reffered me to Outpatients upon my return to outpatients it was decieded that i would need an MRI scan, so i attended to MRI only to recieve a call 6-7 Days later saying that they has miss placed my results and that i would need to attened for another Scan, so i did and yet again they have miss placed the results, also they state that i need to attened the Cancer Ward for a scan to eliminate Cancer from the problem (But we know that its an absess as my GP Said that i will be on tablets for 3 months),

I believe that this is a waste of Tax payers money to loose results i mean it must cost the NHS loads to be able to send people for Expensive scans such as MRI and Cancer, the service that i have recieved from the George Elliot is appalling and needs improving big time i would prefer to go Leicester Royal travel further for a lot better service all round
