"A labour nightmare"

East Surrey hospital suffers from not enough staff to assist the levels - lack of communication - poor hygiene - to say the least. This was my 1st baby and looking back and having shared my story with friends, family and my gp who were all horrified l wish l had had the energy to stand up for myself. When you are in pain and have nothing to compare it to you don't always react when things go wrong. A long long list of unfortunate events whilst under this hospitals 'care' has left me with a serious infection and feeling utterly traumatised - it's even put me off having any more children. We are in the process of starting a formal complaint
