"Excellent Service"

I arrived for my dermatology appointment and was seen half an hour early by the doctor. Excellent consultation and half an hour later i was seen by two nurses (Nicola and Judith) and had my mole removed.

I can't praise everyone enough, the doctor was friendly and thorough. Nicola performed the surgery and was superb, as was Judith who assisted her.

I did have to go back a couple of days later as part of the wound was not healing as it was hoped and having had an immediate call back from Nicola, i was back in the department within half an hour and she resolved the issue i had straight away. Nothing was too much trouble.

Nicola and Judith were friendly, chatty and a credit to there profession.

Obviously i'd rather not have another hospital visit but if i did, i'd be more than happy to be under the care of these individuals.
