"I would like to congratulate everyone who looked after me"

About: Colchester General Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

I attended a clinic at the Dermatological unit where some small swelling were diagnosed as a problem which should be surgically removed.

I subsequently attended the Elmstead Day Services Unit. Where the offending growths were removed and 9 days later the stitches were removed at the Out Patients unit.

From day one the treatment that I received was absolutely marvellous and could not be faulted in any way. I would like to congratulate everyone who looked after me and thank them for the very professional and caring way that I was treated.

Unfortunately the the admin and appointment system rather let the side down as the dates and times and venues of my appointments were changed on many occasions, inconvenient rather than life threatening.

I am a very happy patient of Colchester Hospital, so thank you all.
