Audiologly appt 8th Dec 2014..unable to help..they ran down to ENT to book urgent appt..today 23rd Jan 2014 my partner has not received an appointment.. its a joke my partner wears hearing aids..lost hearing in right ear April 2014 after vertigo.these highly skills ppl have fobbed her off between two departments with no help. Getting hold of ENT is a bigger insult transferred to a fax machine..then after automatic..you say you look after us the patients in need who turn to you or help in our hour of need...when really we are just a number in awaiting queue. You have ambanded my partner in her hour of need. Someone help her and responded to this review..which i believe the hospital looks at .. Urgent attention..if not then your words and senior staff words are not your bond.
