In June I attended the Northern General Hospital for a hip replacement. The ward I stayed on was very under staffed. I had to sometimes wait a long time when pressing the button. I was very late in getting washed in the morning and no procedure for washing in the evening. I was given the wrong medication once, 15 tablets instead of 6!
