About: South Tyneside District Hospital

I would like to praise the staff in the stroke unit, ward 8. Over the last few years my father has spent time on this unit. The latest this last week. From the domestic staff through to consultants involved in his care the care they give him is exemplary. Nothing is ever too much trouble to any of them. He is always treat with respect and dignity to the extent that I am sure they would not or should I say could not treat their own family any better. So thank you all. This hospital and the NHS should be very proud to have such a dedicated team. Thank you so much. S.
