"was not happy"

My one year old fractured his wrist. So my review is within the fractual clinic. 2 of the casts were put on wrong where it was digging in his hand making it sore (not swollen) was not treated with any respect regarding my son. I had to ask where the fracture was and I had to ask to see the xray. When leaving they did not give the paperwork I needed to rebook another appointment!
