I had to visit A&E today after a fall. Following all the bad press about waiting times I entered with trepidation. But, as per my previous visits, West Suffolk Hospital didn't let me down. From the minute I entered and spoke with reception to the triage nurse and then the doctor the service was first class as always, despite it being very busy I was in and out within 90 minutes. Keep up the good work.
