"Wonderful staff at A&E"

When I had to spend a night at A&E, I was very scared and upset. However, all of the doctors and nurses at A&E were so incredibly kind and reassuring that I soon felt much calmer. They talked me through everything they did, reassured me, were very calm and gentle and always had a smile on their face. I am deeply grateful for the excellent care I received, and couldn't speak any more highly of the doctors and nurses at A&E that night. I really appreciate that they all took so much time to look after me and explain everything to me. They answered all of my questions in detail and were very understanding and reassuring.
