I came to Royal free with a badly sprained ankle late at night, the waiting area barely to none support or a nurse to walk around and tend and comfort the patients, but what do you expect its a busy hospital on a budget. Well after getting moved to the urgent care centre, I was treat by a consultant who was very nice and professional, and I knew I was at good hands, she more then likely knew what my injury was from the start, but she still listened patiently and noted. She also had this reassuring smile which makes you forget the pain. If I ever get a choice to choose doctor it will be her. Cheers doctor
"Thank you"
