About: Medway Maritime Hospital

Hospital staff have been amazing with our daughter, nurses we saw in the corridors were very helpful with helping us to find our destination. Everyone was very smiley & happy. As a way to move forward, the children's A&E needs to have attainable access to the main hospital, we had to go in & outside for X-rays which isn't ideal, would be great as well if somehow the friends shop could have a window in the children's A&E as parents of ill children need coffee & snacks too :0). Overall, extremely happy with the service & we are very greatful for having the NHS in this Country.

Thank you for providing feedback after bringing your daughter to the hospital. I'm really pleased to hear that you generally had a good experience. The new children's emergency department opened just last month so thank you for your comments after using the service - we will certainly take them on board and have shared them with the relevant people here.
