"endocrinology"

difficulty in understanding this department or the endocrinologists that work here. no one responds to any communications, endo consultants dismissive and uninterested in how poorly patients feel. very black and white approach regarding test results. watched women storm out unhappy when I was last there stating how poorly she felt and why weren't they listening. I overheard them say, 'take an extra vitamin tablet'. woman looked horrified by response and left as ill as what I feel every time I have visited. annoying to have students in on every consultation as seems drs more interested in impressing students than listening to patients. students who sit in are not respectful, look bored, never acknowledge or address patients. one student sat playing on his phone during a consult. appointments never seen when arrive. have to sit waiting 1 hr, sometimes one and a half hours with no explanation no consistency in patient management and feel drs feel 'there're at the top of their game' -don't question us approach. parking also ridiculous at this hospital previous posts on negative views of this hospital 'mysteriously vanish' after a while.
