"Better communication needed"

I think the communication between renal doctors at MRI could be a lot better. I have been getting ill more often since I left Pendlebury. I suffer from polycyctic kidney disease. There I felt they cared about me more and got things done quicker to stop me getting ill. I also think I should just see one doctor instead of loads so they can decide what to do about me when I get ill instead of different doctors telling me different things. I feel by doing that I might just stop getting ill.
