I was admitted to Manchester Royal Infirmary for a kidney transplant.
I found the food there very poor and the cleanliness on the ward and in the toilets could have been better.
There are some very caring nurses and occasionally ones who are difficult and unhelpful. There was a good ward layout especially with nurses at the reception desk and in the ward. It seemed very accessible as it did not disappear into separate rooms. Medication dispensing was often too late at night.
Many doctors liaised well with each other and are very accessible and helpful at all times.
